Revisions & Approvals

Revision cycles are limited according to the selected service package. Once a design, manuscript, or deliverable is approved, further changes may incur additional charges. Approval signifies acceptance of the work in its current form.

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Prohibited Activities

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Services such as SEO, marketing, hosting, or domain registration are initiated

Eligible cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation charges may apply. Approved refunds may take up to 21 business days to process.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Royal Pen Press retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, and unused materials. Upon full payment, clients are granted rights only to the final approved deliverables. No rights are transferred for unused concepts or preliminary materials.
